  Better than its reputation. Newer cars without graffiti, still had some of the old ones though. Got an free upgrade because there was an issue with the one I should have had, had to wait an extra 30 minutes, but still much faster than Apollo. Every car I saw that left the place had been checked in the shop.

  Terrible service. We waited over an hour and a half to pick up a car we had already booked online. No one seemed to care.

  I rented a car with this company the first day of November 2017. They gave me the wrong car, the engine stopped working when I was going out of darwin towards Kakadu.. I needed to wait for an hour so I can get a new car. The explanation was that that car was not suppose to leave the warehouse because it was not in conditions for driving. However, I needed to fill the tanks twice (1 for the broken car and again for the new car). These people promise me they will find a way to reimburse me the money I paid for the petrol but they haven't replied to any of my single email, and when I asked to talk personally to a manager they just said that was not possible.

  If you are planning to rent a van/car, make yourself a favor and pay a little bit extra (maybe) and go to a serious company.

  worst company. waiting now for almost 1 month to get my 500 dollar bond back and nothing is happening. In addition to that we received a car which shouldn't have left the garage in Darwin. That caused multiple problems on our way to Alice Springs. As we gave the car away in Alice Springs, even the mechanic told me to complain about those major defects. So I wrote an email to the damge department where nothing happend so far and that is also almost 1 month ago. Whenever I call them they give me the same answers and nobody can help me.

  DO NOT USE. High mileage vehicles not fit for purpose, particularly long drives across Australia. No orientation of the vehicle at all, and no advise at all on driving, the roads, the hazards or what to do in emergency. Standard hire stuff really. Please check throughly the safety records of all of these types of companies before you book. Safety is paramount. And don’t be talked into the extra expensive insurance, virtually useless after all the waivers in the contract. Questionable practise. In my opinion.
