Fairly good selection of food and most of it is fresh (some supermarkets in Darwin have issues with fruit and Veges staying fresh).

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the man on the self service checkout at14.47 today 26 Jul 2017. An old gentleman with a walking stick in his trolley was just behind us and asked for help to put his one item, a bag of toilet paper through the checkout. I asked the attendant to help and his somewhat aggressive response was: No don't help, the whole point is that people have to learn to do it for themselves. I then assisted the gentleman, scanned his shopping and assisted him to pay for the item. We all know that checkouts are partly designed to reduce staff in stores. At least have someone helpful on the checkouts. Most staff I have encountered have been helpful but this man was a complete disgrace and supplied the very opposite of customer care. Get rid of him on this position. I was really offended and upset for the old gentleman.

The car park can be a nightmare though. You can spend longer trying to exit than what you spent actually shopping.

This establishment is a supermarket, sells what supermarkets sell. How do you rate a supermarket. It does not have a sauna or hot tub, no surprises there. If it is popular with a college crowd, good question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good range of products plus takeaway sushi. Parking usually difficult and congested. Handy cbd location.
