    They need to invest in some professional training for staff in the area of massages and facials. The two stars are for the fact that my therapist was a nice person.

    Great pedicure but disappointing facial due to therapist. Wouldn't go again.

    I found the salon dirty, the therapist doing my facial was unfamiliar with the products. She used a 'rubber mask' that stuck to my skin and had to scrub hard to get it off, my skin felt raw and sore after the treatment. I had vouchers to the value of $200 and my treatments came to $159, and the girl doing reception just said, thankyou..that's fine, not you have $41 remaining and issue another voucher or offer products to the value. I would not return to this salon.
