    Quality has been a bit inconsistent over the last year. 4/5 times it is good. Otherwise food not being cooked properly, salads being rotten ovens breaking or just running out of chicken are some of the issues encountered! I still love Nando's though!

    We had the worst service tonight. Staff member wasn't confident in what he was doing. We asked if the sides we chose were part of the meal deal we got. He said yes and then charged a surcharge. After we got home after a very long wait we opened our meal. We found the chicken was burnt to charcoal and was very dry. Corn had no flavor. Was expensive and very disappointing. Tried calling the restaurant and no one answered after many calls. Not a happy customer at all
