    Very bad experience trying to sell my property. They took no responsibility for marketing my property well above market value but were happy to charge for marketing costs. They then asked for more money for marketing and suggested reducing the price by $100,000. Do not use this company.

    Rented a waterfront apartment at the waterfront from Elders in 2017 and service was appalling. Elders only supplied a single key for a three bedroom apartment and forced us to pay over 100 dollars for another key. Then the aircon broke down three times over the year lease, culminating in us spending over 2 months of the year lease, including Christmas and New Years without an aircon. Repair times given by elders were completely unreasonable, if not laughable. Would never deal with Elders again

    Very bad experience renting through Elders. Quite a rude, condescending property manager. Raised her voice to me over a misunderstanding.

    Very bad experience with elders. They lost my application form twice . Followed up every week for last 3 months still my name has not been added to lease. Never call back after taking my number every time. Old Lady at reception trying hard to be polite.
