  Convenient location close to CBD, although directly across the road from Housing Commission area. Good ocean and city views from a large balcony, varies with which side of the building you are on. Bright, well-lit apartment. Manager friendly if not especially helpful. Apartments very dated and generally in need of maintenance, if not renovation. Carpets and walls had large visible stains. Wall powerpoints and celing fans not well attached and wobble while in use, as did lamps. Toilet was not installed level. Bath is small. Cleaning had not finished by check-in time for a colleague's apartment, and standard was unsatisfactory (seemed that the ensuite shower was not mopped out at all). Had a laundry with new machines. Internet had a generous allowance but speed reminiscent of dial-up. Kitchen had adequate supply of cookware, cutlery and crockery. Lovely new pool and BBQ area. Excellent curtains keeping bedrooms dark and cool when drawn.

  Stayed in room 60 overlooking the casino. Great views, spacious living, close to town for dinner or breakfast. I really enjoyed the weekend away.

  This is a great place to stay in Darwin. The location is very handy on the edge of the city and apartments are spacious, well appointed and great views. The gentleman on the front desk was always helpful and friendly. It is by far the best value accommodation in Darwin city.

  But if you are american you will find the a/c to be woeful, the room is worn out, a/c vents are super dirty, paint chipping off metal fittings, it was once luxurious, now it is a worn out rental. Also do not buy the wifi, you must pay per device and it is not working for two days now.
