  I have been dealing with OPSM for many years but this store is very sub-standard. Poor people skills, forgot my order and gave me the wrong prescription! Should have gone to Specsavers!!

  I could see that the Optometrist was busy serving a patient. However, the receptionist was on the phone - discussing her social life. I waited for 5 minutes before she acknowledged that I was there - and then rudely asked what I wanted. Explained that I would like to organise an appointment - I was told to make it online. I tried to ask a few more questions, but she had made it quite clear that I had interrupted her chit chat with her friend on the phone.

  Optometrist is a nice guy and seems to provide a good service. Fair pricing too. Shame the receptionist has NO idea about customer service... Talk about rude and snarky! I will be going to another Op just because of her...

  New specs in THREE days this week. Appointment Monday, collected Thursday my new Ray Ban prescription sunnies. Good one team at Darwin Mall.
