  I was able to make a last minute appointment for hair and makeup to attend a wedding. Michael did my hair in a braid ponytail which looks amazing. They also went beyond my expectations with my makeup. Thank you again. I would highly recommend your company. Ive walked out a new woman. Kim

  On the day of my treatment I was very excited. Everything went well at that point of time. My hair dresser asked me to was the hair after 2 or 3days. After I did the hair wash, I was expecting something great. But my hair looked disaster. It was same as before, I could not see any difference in my hair at all. Nothing looked perfect and great the way it was promised to me. I was really very upset about this.

  I also made couple of phone and explained the situation but no one even bother to reply me back as a courtesy. I have paid $420.00 for this Keratin smoothing treatment. Their was no change in my hair the way it was promised to be.

  I have been working with the customer service industry from past 5 year. I know how it flees when you pay for something that you are expecting, but never happens.

  Very expensive but good salon good service. Expect to pay 30% more than you would elsewhere though. Paid 190 for semi colour and 120 for trim. Wow

  One of the worst experience that I had till now. I had been to Miilan to get my Keratin smoothing treatment done. I had done this treatment before back in country and it really worked well on my hair, due to which I decided to get it done again. As it really give good texture to your hair and makes it smooth and soft.

  As I had to fly away for few weeks, when I came back, I showed my hair condition to the manager. She promised me, as part of service recovery she will do the treatment again. She mentioned me that she will be doing this treatment in three different parts which was bit strange. Because I have never heard about this treatment getting done on different parts and on different days. But I still said it fine. After the first part was done it almost looked same as before to me. Due to which I emailed the manager again. To check on what can done about this.

  I was promised that the smoothing treatment that I have done will last for 5 moths. But the shocking thing was it did not last even for few days.
