  The gentleman was knowledgeable and informative. I went to 3 other shops previously of which had pleasant service but knew nothing about cameras. I was looking for a shop that was able to provide first hand useful information. I was looking at a more expensive camera, after we discussed my level of knowledge and expectations he advised the more expensive model would be unnecessary to my requirements and down sold me. Helpful, Knowledgeable, Honest. That's good customer service in my books!

  What an amazingly good shop! I called in briefly today, to see if the 500 and 600mm lenses in the window were available for hire - only for regulars, unfortunately - and then I had a wander around the shop. Seriously good bags, seriously good tripods and tripod heads, seriously good flashes, seriously good cameras and lenses. Seriously good everything. And (I must say this given what others have said here) the owner struck me as extremely friendly and helpful.

  Hi, I don't usually write reviews but felt it necessary to communicate that the two phone conversations that I have had with Darwin Camera house were not reflective of some of the reviews I have read on here. The lady was polite, friendly and helpful. Thanks

  Great work by both the lady's in the shop on the weekend. Very helpful and knew her stuff about cameras. They were happy to spend the time with me and make sure i had what i was looking for. Would highly recommend just on there customer service alone. Very happy customer.

  Terribly disappointed on treatment by the rude saleslady (?), i was supposed to buy either Sony a7r ii or Sony a7r iii but was let down by the experience. Really wanted to contribute to Darwin business but unfortunately person-to-person experience in the shop was very disappointing to say the least....Anyway went online (camerapro) and got the Sony a7r iii (just a few days wait....not in a rush) for $50 less AND a free 128GB Sandisk SD Card...Thanks you rude saleslady
