  We booked through the Tourist Information Centre and for $90/day with a nil excess and unlimited kilometres we could not complain. The car was almost brand new, clean, tidy and economical. We will certainly be using Bargain again wherever we may travel. Easy to deal with. Definitely no complaints.

  The staff were friendly and very well-informed. The cars are in tiptop shape and are very competitive when it comes to its prices, excellent for our needs.

  Staff were nice and price was fair but everything else was quite disappointing. We arrived at the airport and were under the impression that our car would be at the airport (as no information stating otherwise was supplied). We called through twice before being told we had to wait for a shuttle bus. Once we arrived at the office, we had to wait for our car to be ready as they'd given our booking to someone else by mistake. When we received the car, it was not clean (visible dirt on the outside and trash on the inside). No issues during use of the car thankfully. But I'm still waiting for the $500 bond they held from my credit card to be reserved (20 workings days later). Would not recommend.

  Great rates for unlimited kms when booked via tourist info centre rather than online. Good communication and easy online check in Be careful not to speed in Darwin, not even 1 kph over.
