  My wife & I were recommended Bren at Loan Market Mortgage Brokerage by a mutual friend. We met with Bren initially to determine what if any options we had for improving our home loan which we hadn’t reviewed since taking out the loan. During this one off review, Bren showed us that we could reduce our repayments significantly and prepare a deposit for a future investment without an interruption to to our lifestyle and in language/terms we could easily understood. As a result we have ended up working with Bren to refinance our loan. Bren did all of the leg work to refinance our loan, I needed one brief visit to the institution to sign prearranged paperwork, and done! We were kept in the loop with the process and found the process easy as explained by Bren.
